Teresa Corso is a barefoot Earth adventurer and a Lover of Life.  She is also an Author, Speaker, Co-host of The Thread Wellbeing Podcast and Founder of Soulitude Massage and Wellness.

When asked “what do you do” Teresa responds with “I am a Wellness WHISPERER (facilitator)”.  This is a role Teresa performs with deep gratitude and reverence.  She is honoured to carry on a tradition passed on by her ancestors and is grateful for the many teachers and Kumu’s who have entered her life to facilitate further growth and understanding.

As a Wellness Whisperer, Teresa focuses on Hawaiian Body Work and healing, Lomi Lomi, Oncology and remedial massage.  She is also a Reiki Master and Pure BioEnergist, Meditation teacher, Soul collage art therapist and Holistic counsellor, and soon will specialise in End of Life Care.  Teresa is also Australia’s first graduate of the Transformational living program offered by BKSM College in Atlanta, GA.

In 2010, after studying Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage and healing with Hawaiian elders, Teresa, felt a deeper connection to the elements, a greater understanding of protocol and respect for the Land and all its gifts. It was during this time that Teresa heard the call to connect further with her own birth Country and her first Mother – Earth.  In this search she discovered Wayapa Wuurrk. Australia’s only Indigenous created and inspired meditation and movement practice.  An Earth, Mind, Body and Spirit Meditation, that honours indigenous culture and provides a deeper understanding of the elements and their connection to each other.  

As a barefoot adventurer Teresa enjoys being in nature and learning about culture, spirituality and connection and sharing this with others. Teresa has run a number of cultural immersion and wellness retreats in Australian and Hawaii.  Teresa is currently working on her own brand of body products that incorporate all facets of nature, wellness and spirituality.

Shannon is a professional Holy Mischief Maker, helping others to engage in the mysterious disruption of love in action. It is her deepest desire to collaborate with others to become all that God created and calls us to be while we transform the world. She currently does that as the Executive Pastor at Peachtree City United Methodist Church and through the John Maxwell Team as a coach, trainer, and speaker. She has been leading effectively for over 20 years in leadership development, public speaking, reaching the next generation, and training.

Prior to ministry, she worked as a Consultant and Systems Analyst for Price Waterhouse, Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease, IBM, and Coca-Cola. These experiences were a great foundation for the administrative tasks of ministry as well as the systems needed for growth in religious organizations.

Her doctoral research on Growth Mindset in Transformation Leadership shows how an organization's or an individual's mindset can be a catalyst for growth and success.

She is currently the Chair of NGUMC Order of Deacons, a Safe Sanctuaries Trainer, and a facilitator for NGUMC Next Leadership Training. She has skills in team building, leadership development, discipleship training, coaching, and public speaking.

Krystle Aquino-Idago is a young, driven entrepreneur, investor, owner of Charis Enterprise Belgium and a recognized International Speaker/ builder/ Coordinator of FEAST Jewels Europe and Asia.

She is a recipient of John Maxwell Trainer/ Coach Certification and a Certified Les Brown Speaker. She is also a Success Advisor at Success Academy of Silvia Gupta. She is a strong advocate of a mission to create jobs and to empower the young women and the young generation in general, in a more humane, inclusive, hands on ethical approach for better living and improved lifestyle.

From a young age, Krystle wasn’t envisioning a future of entrepreneurial success but her husband, Jon Idago, a strong-willed Catholic/ Christian preacher, paved their way for business and its functionalities by creating jobs.

A young mother of 3 at age 37, Krystle balances her time between business and being a good, caring mother despite her busy schedule. FAMILY LIFE is always a priority above all else.

Now, they have more than 150 employees with different nationalities.

Her message of the importance of having a vision to motivate young women to help shape and adapt a more responsible yet ‘flexible’ mindset and be financially independent echoes loud and clear in all her messages and speeches in every given opportunity.

Episode 72: Guest - Beth Ann Edwards on "The Morale Booster with John Ughulu."

When Beth was a kid, people would ask her what she wanted to do when she grew up and her simple child-like answer was  that she wasn't sure how, only that she just wants to help people.
  
One of the biggest ways she survived personal challenges throughout the years was through perseverance, tenacity , staying powerful, letting go and allowing God to have His way and encouraging others.
 
Her love for God and living in service to God and others and having it in her heart to contribute to the world and make it a better place, led her to being an entrepreneur and heart centered life coach.

In 1998, she helped build a web designing business and found her strengths in being a coach. Being determined to go to  college, while enduring major situational health challenges brought on by stress from going through a traumatic  divorce, she was determined to go to college and was able to achieve a 4.0 GPA. 

Throughout many years of living in survival mode and losing 150 pounds, she discovered her superpower through turning her pain into passion and discovered her purpose .
