Enjoying  ministering, and speaking to many women about life. Especially those affected by being a spouse or ex-spouse of a sex addict/intimacy anorexic spouse. And encouraging them that they can heal from the hurts they have received. Today she is also fighting to save the lives of The Unborn Child.

Ina is a Certified Life Coach, Speaker and the Author of “Girl, Don't Play!!! Pray!!!! The Professional Women’s Guide to Identifying His Brokenness.” and the CEO of When She Rise, LLC.

She is a 24-year retired Combat Veteran with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), asurvivor of Narcissistic Abuse and a survivor of MST (Military Sexual Trauma). Ina Johnson Myers is the mother of 3 and grandmother of 6 and raised by a Father and Mother duo of WWII Veterans who served our country in the 1940’s.

Her company specializes in Narcissistic abuse awareness, recovery, and victim prevention. She teaches women, the importance of spotting those red flags during the dating phase, the not so obvious narcissistic personality disorder traits and mannerisms to recognize and avoid, the Christian approach to dealing with those personality disorder traits and the journey to their healing from those toxic relationships. 

Because of her own experiences with toxic relationships and the pains of depression, suicidal thoughts, and humiliation she endured as the result, she advocates to help other Professional Women be cognizant of who they allow to sit at their table and not ignore the red flags they see and hear in their search for that perfect partner. 

As a Certified Life Coach, she helps women move through their pain of betrayal and emotional trauma caused by the devastatingly toxic relationships that have impeded their life (due to the limiting beliefs they’ve developed) get to their healing journey.

Episode 89: Guest - Earl Stewart Jr., MD., on "The Morale Booster with Dr. John Ughulu."

Earl is a physician and native son of the city of Augusta, Georgia, where he grew up and attended public schooling for both his primary and secondary educations. He is a 2005 alumnus of A.R. Johnson Health Sciences and Engineering Magnet High School, where he studied on the Health Sciences curriculum while maintaining a 4.0 grade point average, graduating third in his class with honors. 

He is an avid and digitally published gospel pianist, frequent medical essayist and blogger, frequent invited speaker at churches and health fairs, and is a published poet, publishing “Precious Memories:  Reflections for Christian Living” in 2012 and “Words for Today” in 2013.  He later published “In Love, With Poetry” in 2019.  In October 2018, Dr. Stewart was recognized as one the 2018 “40 Under 40” in the state of Georgia for his career and community service efforts deemed at making a tremendous impact in the lives of fellow citizens across the state and region by Georgia Trend magazine.  He is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Georgia and Virginia.

Episode 85: Guest - Valbert Bryan on "The Morale Booster with Dr. John Ughulu."

Mr. Valbert Bryan is a multi-level network marketing (IBO) independent business owner with the Amway corporation, an Automotive Technician, an entrepreneur, and a motivational speaker: He built his wealth from the ground up.          

Valbert Bryan, was born on May 7, 1978, in Kingston Jamaica, and is the last of ten children.  At the age of nine years old, Valbert received a female goat from his mother as a gift to teach him “responsibility”. 

While working with his father in the woodwork shop, he learned the value of how to work and earn money. Later on, Valbert began to sell goats from the reproduction of the one his mother gave him. This was a huge financial relief as it provided the means he needed to help with his school expenses.
 
Valbert had an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, which he learned from his father. He started out doing odd jobs to earn an additional income and to help to pay for his school fees at Westphalia all age School.
  
Valbert graduated from Westphalia All Age School in Jamaica West Indies, in 1994. Because he couldn’t afford higher learning at the time, he used the money he made from raising goats, to go to technical school, where he studied Auto Mechanics. He excelled in this area.
 
Valbert saved enough money to finally go back to school, where he earned his diploma in auto mechanics. The decision to further his education paid off when he landed a job as an automotive technician for the renowned Mercedes Benz dealership. He then went on to earn many other certificates in the auto industry.
