Neco is the Director of Operations at a Senior Leadership Academy, a Personal Development Coach and Master Resilience Trainer with experience in Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Adult Education. Neco combines Service, Positivity, Excellence, Authenticity and Knowledge to create a unique leadership and coaching style that helps individuals and organizations to elevate their performance and achieve their goals. 

Neco graduated with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a Master’s in Education from Central Michigan University. Neco honed his leadership and coaching skills which led to his current position as a top-tier leader and educator. He trains and inspires over 600 leaders annually and equips them with tools to effectively lead themselves and their organizations.

Neco has been trained by some of the industry giants including John Maxwell, Lisa Nichols, Les Brown, and Bob Proctor’s top Wealth and Mindset Coach, Mr. Jon Talarico! He has co-authored two books and is passionate about helping people of all ages to believe in themselves and discover their true potential!
