Episode 136: Guest - Benish Lalani, MSN, FNP-C, OCN, on "The Morale Booster Network"

Benish is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) with clinical background in Oncology over the last 8+ years. 

Benish has clinical experience in both bedside nursing and outpatient clinic management of Oncology patients. Through her time at the bedside, Benish often found herself thinking of ways to improve patient care beyond the bedside. The healthcare system, as we all know it, has numerous hurdles that both patients and healthcare providers face while trying to receive and provide adequate care. This is what led to her pivot and transition from clinic to industry. 

She was able to take her clinical experiences and now provide insight in the corporate world to improve the future of medicine. Benish now helps coach clinicians who want to do the same through her Healthcare career coaching program called Bedside to Boardroom!
