Anita Brown, is a mother of one, and Proud Nana of two. She is a Registered Nurse, and has been serving in the nursing profession for 33 years. 

One of her biggest transformational experience was when she went from a Size 26 to a Size 12 in less than a year. She lost over 100 pounds without surgery and she was overweight most of her adult life.

She dealt with eating addiction, emotional eating, malnutrition associated with poor diet and food choices. She is here to help you understand that, matter what challenges you go through in life, be it mental or physical, You have what it takes to create a New You. 

She is passionate about helping people turn on that inner switch so that they can Be, Do and Have everything that they want in life.
