C Harper is the founder of C Harper Services Enterprise LLC a woman-owned small business and “award-winning” influencer in Humanitarianism. She is also the creator of (MFC) My Favorite Charities as a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. As a Professional Speaker, Coach, Business Consultant and passionate Communicator, her testimony is, “she failed her way to success.” With four international certifications, (1) Coaching, (2) in Federal Contracting and (1) Adult Training, she often finds herself on platforms encouraging others to live a Life of Purpose.  Encompassing all that she does throughout the world, helping to rebuild communities and people, she is reminded that all of mankind were created with a Purpose.

While in corporate America she served as a Human Capital Professional, recruiting talent specifically for Information Technology for twenty plus years. She is an author, radio/television host and a keynote speaker for Diversity & Inclusion, Women in Leadership, Team Building and Purpose. Some of her current and past clients are the S. Korean Government, Gov Directions, Global International Alliance, Randstad, Aflac, Macy’s Systems   Group, Cisco, Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Aimpoint Materials and Supplies and countless others including non-profits. Having a degree in Business equips Cynthia to strategically create solid business cases for corporations.
